- The product must be valid through the full duration of your contract agreement with Dolcevia.
- 50% of your total invoice can be exchanged as a barter however 50% must be paid in full and discounts do not apply.
- Your product must be able to be used in competitions or apply to Dolcevia e-commerce or promotional activities.
- Dolcevia.com reserves the right to not accept barters if we deem the product to be unsuitable.
- The products must be new and acceptable regarding our standard of quality.
- Dolcevia.com does not accept any responsibility for transportation from Italy to Antwerp, Belgium. Products must be shipped at your own cost.
- Products must be shipped to Oogststraat 31B1, 2600, Berchem, Belgium within 14 days after the date of your contract unless otherwise agreed.
- Barter value may exceed the net value of 50% of your contract however it can never be less in value.
- Duties and import taxes are to be paid by the barter partner, Dolcevia will not accept these costs, therfore goods will returned at the cost of the exporter if duties were to be applied.
- Barter products must be considered among the primary products or services of the partner unless explicity agreeed between Dolcevia and the partner.
- All serivces agreed will be specified in the sales contract supplied by Dolcevia.com
- This agreement is exclusively valid for Italian partners or companies located in Italy and is limited to the companies mentioned in the sales agreement and may not be exchanged or transfered to any other party inside or outside of Italy.
